Obesity is a flash interactive piece focusing on the social issue of obesity. This project deals with four different aspects of obesity. First, the project identifies obesity rates in the United States over the last 25 years. Second, it addresses excessive calories of food as a main cause of obesity.  Third, the project includes a slideshow of overweight people and finally, the complications from obesity. The purpose of this project was to make people aware of the importance of obesity because it is a serious social issue. By approaching this topic not in an overly serious way, it helps make important information more accessible to people who would usually be reluctant.
